(1)持續運行的設備。接(jie)觸器按67-75%算,即100A的交流接(jie)觸器,只能控制最大額定電流是(shi)67-75A以下的設備.
(2)間(jian)斷運行(xing)的設備(bei)。接(jie)觸器按80%算,即100A的交流(liu)接(jie)觸器,只(zhi)能控制(zhi)最大額定(ding)電(dian)流(liu)是80A以(yi)下的設備(bei).
(3)反復短(duan)時工(gong)作的設備。接觸器按116-120%算(suan),即100A的交流接觸器,只能(neng)控制最(zui)大額定電流是(shi)116-120A以下的設備。
還要考慮工作環境(jing)和接觸器的結構形(xing)式。

2)電(dian)焊(han)(han)機通常分為(wei)電(dian)弧焊(han)(han)和電(dian)阻焊(han)(han)兩(liang)大類,其中電(dian)阻焊(han)(han)(對(dui)焊(han)(han)、點焊(han)(han)、縫焊(han)(han)等)接用的時(shi)間(jian)更短(duan)些。上面說過,對(dui)它(ta)們配線可以小一些,具(ju)體作法是:
先將容量(liang)改變(降低),可按“孤焊(han)八(ba)折,阻焊(han)半”的口訣進行。即電弧焊(han)機類將容量(liang)打八(ba)折,電阻焊(han)機類打對折(乘0.5),然(ran)后再按這(zhe)改變了的容量(liang)進行配電。
(1)30千伏安(an)交流弧焊機,按(an)“孤焊八(ba)折”,則30×0.8=24,即配(pei)電時容量可改(gai)為24千伏安(an)。當(dang)接用380伏單(dan)相(xiang)時,可按(an)24×2.5=60安(an)配(pei)電。
(2)30千(qian)伏安點焊機,按“阻焊半”,則(ze)30×0.5=15,即(ji)可按15千(qian)伏安配電。
當為380伏單(dan)相(xiang)時,按15×2.5=37.5A配(pei)電。

星三角啟動的電機接觸器選型
1)電(dian)(dian)機銘牌上(shang)所(suo)標額(e)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)指的是線(xian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
2)電(dian)機銘牌上(shang)的額定功率(lv)指(zhi)的是在(zai)規定接法的條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)的功率(lv)。
3)采用星三角啟動的電機,轉換后兩個在(zai)工作(zuo)的接(jie)觸器只承受(shou)0.58倍的線電流。
4)規定采用三角(jiao)形接法的電(dian)機(ji)(ji),改(gai)成星形接法時電(dian)機(ji)(ji)功率會大幅下降。此時線電(dian)流也下降到原來的0.58倍。
